Shipping and Returns/Exchanges
- All orders will ship within 3 to 5 business days. All U.S. orders receive free shipping at checkout.
- All orders to P.O Boxes will ship via USPS.
- USPS will ship First Class or Priority depending on order weight.
- All products can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date.
- BoatSide USA reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that are reasonably determined to be fraudulent.
- All returned products must be unworn, unused, or unaltered with original packaging and tags attached.
- BoatSide USA will not cover the shipping charges for any merchandise eligible for returns in the United States. Please contact email@example.com with your order number and products you wish to return/exchange and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Once the item is received and inspected, $6 will be deducted from your return. You can send the merchandise back at your own expense to avoid this fee.
- Refunds will be issued based on original method of payment.
- In the event that you have received a defective or otherwise damaged product please notify our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly assist you with an exchange or refund.
- Refunds and replacements will not be processed until we have received the item/damaged product.
- DO NOT attempt to remove/replace the leather lace on any of our products. Any tampering with the leather lace will not be eligible for a return.
- BoatSide USA reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet our return policy requirements.
- We will replace or refund regularly priced items as well as defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange any product, send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and items you wish to exchange. After the 15 days from delivery date, products can not be exchanged.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus the cost of shipping, within a 7 days from which we receive the return.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, it is up to the gift giver to complete the return/exchange.
